It's TIME

In the husky voice of Harish Bhimani the opening dialogue from the epic series of Mahabaharat by B R Chopra telecasted at 11:00 am on Sunday mornings A slot that Aamir Khan aptly selected for his short series of 13 episodes Satyamev Jayate
"Main Samay Hoon Yeh Katha sirf main hi suna sakta hoon"(I am Time only I can tell this story).
Two years ago on this very day a text on my phone and that's how  it came to pass that on  my Mom's birthday I got placed in Citrix (What coincidence right??) .
So this one's for my mom who says "People who don't value Time Time does not value them".
Time stands for two things firstly the time which is a great healer and the other the unit of measurement
Former is a relative term. How time has changed the format of cricket from test to t-20 that people prefer to watch. My first match in the stadium a test match .Could barely sit for 2 hours. Thanks to the binoculars from a friend(Ok i blame the stone steps but still). How time has changed the people keep in touch with their friends.Whatsapp facebook have become an integral part of everyone's life.Whats with the absolute and the incessant need of posting every second of our lives and every thought on the internet.
And the other one is worth talking about more than the first one since its absolute and not relative.Hated relative grading from college where you had to do better than the other guy rather than just doing good.
Take a room full of people from different walks of life and ask them is life is fair and normally the opinion would be nope life ain't fair.Heck on their bad day ask anybody and they would say life ain't fair.
So i had this question what is it that is equal to every one of the 7 billion people on the planet And the answer not surprisingly enough is "Its TIME".From a person in his 60's living of his pension to a businessman in his 50's who has taken his business to new heights to a Managing Director of a large multinational bank in his 40's to a person in 30's who has just started a family to a person in his 20's who has just started his career working for a Indian software company to a teen who is adopting the latest trends in fashion to a kid who has just started attending school to a new born baby from a mothers womb .From president of USA to BBMP Corporators in Bangalore. From Amitabh Bachan to Sachin Tendulkar. From a beggar on the streets to Siddhart Mallya. From a guy in some village in Jharkand to  a guy in city like Pune. From a man dying of cancer to a pregnant mother giving birth to her first child. For a guy who just got fired to guy who just got hired. And finally from me to you .
Every one of us has 24 hours a day and that is it.
It is the only thing i think that is equal to every single man walking this planet(Please do let me know if you know anything that is also equal could be the topic for my next blog :) ).And finally if we are competing with ourselves and nobody else
every day could teach us a new thing that would make us better than what we were yesterday.
Why do we need a tomorrow if we aren't using our today.
